It’s a very special experience going to Jones and Co. Treated as an individual who matters to them, never rushed, nothing is too much trouble… not many achieve that kind of service and they do it every time. Add in the wonderful frames they have that are so different and stylish and I’m going nowhere else. Just collected my new spectacles from Jones & Co. today. Excellent service from everyone I met: a special mention for Nick – warm and friendly with an uncanny ability to find just the right frames for the person in front of him. Throw in a range of gorgeous eyewear and good coffee – what more could anyone want? Seriously, if you’re ready to invest in eyewear that stands out from the crowd, you must visit Jones & Co. Can’t recommend this opticians enough, both in terms of the quality of the service I received and the amazing glasses I have just bought. The staff were really attentive and spent a significant amount of time listening to what I wanted and then showing me a wide range of choices. Nothing run of the mill, all bespoke and unique. Gareth was really lovely and reassuring. I always find it a bit of a gamble when choosing the right shape, as I’m very short sighted and always struggle to get an accurate impression of what I will look like. He filmed each frame I tried, which really helped me come to a decision. Having just had a bad experience of dealing with a major chain who failed to provide the right prescription and compatible lenses twice. Can only sing Jones and Co’s praises. One additional benefit of going there is being able to pay in installments, which makes their glasses accessible to all. Love them !!

I can’t recommend Jones and Co highly enough. The experience is poles apart from normal high street opticians. I’ve been wearing glasses since childhood and so have seen my fair share of opticians. The eye test is thorough and high tech (so no air being pumped into your eye) and the way in which you look at and choose your glasses is just transformative. The staff are professional and approachable- the experience was phenomenal.

As someone who works in customer service for a major retailer, I have to say that the customer service I received at Jones and Co was exemplary. From arriving at Reception to the extensive eye test to the personal fitting service, nothing is too much trouble. I was treated as a very special person with unique needs and the range of glasses I was shown were absolutely beautiful. I have worn glasses for around ten years and the glasses from Jones and Co are the very best I have worn. My mum has used Jones & Co. in the past and it was time for her to upgrade to a new pair. Whilst mum was trying on new colours and shapes which were picked for her small face shape, one pair caught my eye. I’ve hated wearing glasses from the very first pair so I’m reluctant to buy anything so stylish. All the glasses suited mum so I steered her away from the pair I liked. Whilst the team was measuring mum I also got measured for my very first pair of glasses from Jones. From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted with a warm welcome and this continued through the measuring, purchasing and collecting of the glasses. I love my new glasses and the whole experience of buying a pair that is properly suited to your colouring, style and life style.

– The eye test was thorough and never rushed. We talked through my circumstances and I was able to test the prescription until I was comfortable and confident.
– In line with the other google reviews, the styling appointment was very relaxed and personal. I tried to keep an open mind and settled on something quite different from any of my old glasses, but I’m very pleased with them: the lenses are incredibly clear and the frames are very light and comfortable, and they fitted them well – I keep forgetting that I’m wearing them!

It’s no surprise seeing Jones & Co with five star reviews. My experience of having been in at least half a dozen times over the last few years, either for a consultation, check up, fitting or even maintenance, is ALL the staff are highly motivated towards delivering a leading level of service. Even their complimentary sparkling water is always just perfectly chilled – probably no coincidence! Special thanks to Jess (but I don’t want to single anyone out). Her gift of knowing what will and won’t work on frames, as well as providing some left field options is great to experience. The options are always carefully considered. If only Jones & Co’s attention to detail could be found in every other service sector.

I’ve been a delighted Jones & Co customer for a couple of years now. Every aspect of the experience and the service is great. The eye test is careful and detailed, with plenty of time to discuss any specific issues or requirements. And choosing new frames is as pleasant an experience as it can be – I’ve been wearing glasses for about 40 years now, and choosing frames is never my favourite activity. But the Jones & Co staff are really helpful and don’t rush you in any way. Both times I’ve chosen frames, I’ve had a session where I’ve tried some on but not quite been ready to make up my mind, so I’ve gone back a second time. There’s no pressure to ‘buy today’, and it feels as if the staff genuinely want to help me – and every other customer – make the right decision.
Fantastic experience throughout – I can’t see myself ever going anywhere else for glasses again!

The team are absolutely wonderful. My optician, Sarah, noticed a defect in my eye that no other optician had found in my whole life. Then the styling team (Tracy and Gareth) helped me find the perfect glasses to help keep my eyes safe and healthy – as well as stylish. I’ve never felt so pampered as I did at Jones & Co. The glasses aren’t cheap, but if you’re like me and have spent years trying to buy stylish glasses on your own and then end up hating them after a few weeks, it’s worth it to splurge and get the perfect pair with the help of the team at Jones & Co.
